ESSENTIAL LEVEL REFORMER – 6PM MONDAYS, 545PM WEDNESDAYS!
New to Pilates? The Reformer is the BEST Pilates machine there is…..designed to add strength training in a way that is ideal for joints and muscle toning, the Reformer will give you definition in places you didn’t even know existed!! * Must complete 3 private lessons before joining a class setting.
MIXED REFORMER – 6PM THURSDAYS
You never know what you are going to get….this class is an Intermediate Level Class that really brings the coordination and dimension to the next level!! * Must have Essential Level Reformer experience before taking this class.
MAT FLOW WITH PROPS! – 6PM TUESDAYS
Breathe new life into your routine with this refreshing class! Designed to revive, rehabilitate, and renew mind and body – class incorporates the foam roller, yoga blocks, light weights, and therapy bands……Great for recovering from and injury, recovering from an intense workout, reducing stress, and increasing your range of motion! Come in to relax, breathe, and leave smiling…..
BODY BURN! – 9:15AM WEDNESDAYS!
This high intensity, high energy cardio/free weight class is designed to help you ‘feel the burn’! We’ll incorporate Balance, Ballet, Kickboxing, Aerobics, etc. Come and feel the burn! (Will modify for specific needs
TOWER POWER! – 9:15AM THURSDAYS – 8:45AM FRIDAYS
This class is a nice compliment to the work done on the mat and reformer. Excellent for balance, You will feel the lengthening and toning in a whole new way!! *Must take Essential Level Tower in private sessions before progressing to this class.

Mat Pilates is the quintessential workout; doesnt matter how long you have been doing it, its always a challenge! This class is different every week- we use many different toys to make this class fun and challenging for anyone!
PRE-NATAL MAT CLASS – SATURDAYS 10AM
Strengthen those “baby” muscles in way that keeps you healthy and strong; both during and after your pregnancy! Safe for all stages of your term, you will get a gentle, yet effective workout!
STABILITY CHAIR DUOS!! BY APPOINTMENT
A workout on the chair is full of challenge; alot of balance work, mixed with some fabulous upper body strength training and some lower body burn……this workout could easily become your favorite!!
