Case Study- Female Tennis Player – The client came to us because she was having difficulty with her serves. Her back was always tight and she wasn’t able to get the ‘reach’ that was required with her serve - When she fully served -time and time again, her lower back was hurting. She worked with Camille who taught her about body mechanics of the serve.Through the process of working together with specific exercises tailored to her needs….it enabled her to think more of ‘extension’ of the entire spinal column – focusing on upper thorasic (between shoulder blades)..vs. bending backwards with the lower back. I’m happy to report, that our client has made a significant improvement with her serves, and is a proven winner!
