“Wood” Chi for 2012

I sat with my friend Hillary of Accupuncture & Herbal Therapy in St. Pete today! We had a great conversation on expectations for the New Year!  We talked about the energy represented for 2012 as “wood” chi…we all know how rigid and unflexible wood can be, but gorgeous at the same time.  So, I’m going to consider myself to be like ‘Bamboo’ with it’s flexible characteristics!  So, going into next year, not only am I going to be flexible due to my Yoga and Pilates practice, but flexible in my Chi too!
