Elyna discovered Pilates looking for a better workout and mental reset. What she found was something far more transformative. After years of experience in dance, athletics, and an active lifestyle, Pilates became the missing piece: a practice that challenged her physically, mentally, and changed the way she understood the flow between mind and body.
That experience led her to pursue her STOTT Pilates certification, a method she fell in love with for its deep commitment to anatomy, biomechanics, and the principles Joseph Pilates originally built. STOTT's emphasis on proper alignment, breath, and a highly intentional detail-oriented movement resonates with everything she believes about how the body should be trained.
Elyna works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, meeting each person exactly where they are. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, her goal is the same: to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more at home in your body.
