Rachel Wolfe
Team PP&RC Pilates Instructor
Originally from the Midwest, Rachel has taught Pilates, yoga, meditation, and fitness all over the world. She became NASM certified in 2009, followed by certifications in Pilates and yoga. Rachel had a strong desire to go deeper with helping people heal, which led her into meditation and breathwork. She continued her journey of professional growth and curiosity of the body which led her to pursue her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She also holds certifications in myofascial release and pelvic health. Rachel uses a variety of methods to help people recover from injuries and imbalances, while achieving aesthetic goals and overcoming emotional hurdles. The main principles of her training are awareness of breath, attention to detailed alignment, and muscular efficiency. Rachel loves to travel and salsa dance in her free time.
